Refund
Typically, refunds are granted within 30 days of the date the package was delivered.
If you have any questions, please contact our staff as soon as possible, including but not limited to the following reasons:
You have not received the package as expected.
We will refund your money or resend the package if you do not receive it within the standard shipping period.
The exception is that due to customer reasons, the goods cannot be successfully delivered, such as the customer providing an incorrect address, inability to complete customs clearance, etc.
Notify us immediately if you encounter any of the following:
Extreme weather, post office and customs clearance delays, local protests, etc. We cannot guarantee delivery on time in this instance, but we will do our best to assist you.
Verify that each parcel has been received. Then, you must empty every carton you have received. Occasionally, small components can become lodged in crevices and packaging material.
Please contact customer service promptly if you are still having trouble locating your item. Include missing number information and photographs of the entire parcel.
They will be sent to our warehouse for verification of the monitor and packaging photo records. Steps:
Send a message to the support team for authorization.
We will confirm and examine the issue.
Provide solutions for each consumer individually.
Return
We will accept returned items from customers.
The Customer must attest that they purchased the product from our company. Returns must be made in the original, in unopened condition (except for defective).
ESD- and moisture-sensitive products shouldn't be opened unless under controlled conditions. General Rules:
Normally, returns are accepted within 365 days from the date of delivery.
When a consumer requests a return due to "non-original/fake/quality issues," a valid quality report from a third-party authoritative organization recognized by our company is required.
If the product is returned due to the customer's own reasons (such as purchasing the wrong part), customs duties and other expenses must be borne, and the return shipping fee must be paid in advance.
We do not support freight collection payments.
