Toshiba TLP2719 Photocouplers
Toshiba TLP2719 Photocouplers consist of a high-output GaAlAs light-emitting diode coupled with a high-gain and high-speed photodetector. These photocouplers come with inverter logic type (open collector output). The TLP2719 photocouplers feature 1Mbps typical data transfer rate and ±10kV/µs (minimum) common-mode transient immunity. These photocouplers provide 5000Vrms (minimum) high isolation voltage that satisfies the reinforced insulation class according to international safety standards. The TLP2719 photocouplers are available in the SO6L package that contributes to system size reduction. Typical applications include intelligent power module signal isolation, Factory Automation (FA), and industrial inverters.
