Nexperia PESD Series ESD Protection Diodes are bidirectional and designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. The PESD bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes highlight a high reverse standoff, an ultra-low diode capacitance, and ESD protection up to 30kV. The PESD Series employs a wide variety of applications including NFC antenna and high-speed data lines protection. The PESD Series features models that are AEC-Q101 qualified.
